US Domestic Shipping

We offer free shipping in the USA for all orders $75 and over before tax. We use a flat fee for shipping anything under $75 in California and also offer carrier calculated shipping rates. Returns

We do not allow returns on opened products. If you receive the wrong product or your product is damaged during shipping, please send a photo to info@drkitfox.com and we will offer either a replacement, a store credit, or a refund.

In the rare case that a concern about your product needs to be addressed by us in person, we will pay for the shipping if a return is necessary.
