Echinacea Immuni-Tea is a warming, naturally sweet, and remarkably smooth herbal tea blend crafted with six carefully sourced organic botanicals. Every ingredient in this blend was chosen not just for what it brings to the body but for what it brings to the blend. Because a tea you actually enjoy drinking is one you will actually reach for when you need it most.
Echinacea has a reputation for being something you choke down rather than something you look forward to. This blend was made to change that. The echinacea here is sourced for exceptional quality, including the flowers of the plant rather than just the stems, which makes a meaningful difference in both flavor and character. Paired with warming ginger, smooth and naturally sweet licorice root, bright lemon verbena, clean lemon peel, and a small but intentional addition of nettle leaf, each botanical finds its place in perfect harmony within the blend. The result is a tea that feels warming, gently coating on the palate, and soothing on the throat without the medicinal taste that makes so many herbal wellness teas feel like something you have to drink rather than something you want to.
Available in 1 oz, 2 oz, and 4 oz resealable bags to keep your blend fresh.

Echinacea Purpurea Herb* The star of this blend and the reason it exists. Echinacea purpurea is one of the most widely recognized and well documented botanicals in the world of herbal wellness, long valued for the support it offers when the body needs it most. Our echinacea is carefully sourced for quality and includes the flowers of the plant, a detail that matters and one that many suppliers skip entirely. Rather than masking the echinacea or burying it under stronger flavors, this blend was built to complement it, drawing out its natural sweetness and letting it contribute something pleasant to the senses.
Ginger Root* Warming and grounding, ginger root brings its signature gentle spice to this blend without overpowering the sweetness that defines it. It adds depth and warmth that makes every sip feel comforting and settling, with the licorice root keeping its spicier edges smooth and balanced.
Licorice Root* The backbone of this blend's natural sweetness. Licorice root is used in a more generous proportion here than in our other blends, and intentionally so. Its smooth, naturally sweet character softens the echinacea, rounds the ginger, and gives the overall blend a full, almost velvety quality that makes it feel genuinely nourishing rather than medicinal. No added sugar needed.
Lemon Verbena* Bright, clean, and naturally sweet with a genuine lemon character, lemon verbena lifts this blend without sharpening it. Sourced for its clean, rounded flavor and aroma rather than the soapy or off notes that lower quality lemon verbena can sometimes carry, it contributes a soft lemon presence that feels fresh and uplifting without competing with the warmth and sweetness of the other botanicals.
Lemon Peel* A small but meaningful addition, lemon peel contributes a gentle citrus brightness that complements the lemon verbena and adds a subtle zing to the blend. As with all of our blends, the lemon peel here was carefully sourced for genuine lemon flavor without bitterness or off notes, and carefully balanced within the blend to stay bright and clean without tipping into sharpness.
Nettle Leaf* Nettle is the quiet contributor in this blend, present in a thoughtful amount that adds to the overall depth and character without announcing itself. Chosen for its exceptional color and flavor, our nettle leaf brings a gentle, clean herbal quality that rounds out the blend in a way that feels complete. You may not be able to pick it out individually but you would notice if it were missing.

Hot: Bring fresh water to a full boil and steep 1 teaspoon per 8 oz for 5 to 20 minutes. A shorter steep delivers a lighter, gentler experience with the lemon verbena and natural sweetness coming forward softly. A longer steep brings out the full depth of the blend, with the licorice sweetness, echinacea character, and warming ginger becoming more pronounced and settling into a rich, smooth, and satisfying experience. Adjust the amount to taste. 1 teaspoon is a great starting point and you can always add a little more to suit your preference.
If you have a Dr. Kit Fox tea straw, you can sip directly from your cup once cool enough to drink and let the blend keep steeping as you go. Add more hot water at the end for a lighter second round.
Cold brew (overnight): Add 1 teaspoon per 8 oz of cold water to a jar or pitcher, stir gently, cover, and refrigerate for at least 6 to 8 hours or overnight. The natural sweetness of the licorice root and the gentle lemon notes come forward beautifully cold, making this a smooth and comforting cold brew that is just as satisfying as it is hot. The herbs can stay in the jar as you drink from it over the next 3 to 5 days and the flavor will continue to develop and deepen as it sits.
Cold brew (quick): Brew a strong concentrate using 2 teaspoons per 8 oz of boiling water, steep for 15 to 20 minutes, strain, then pour directly over a full glass of ice. The ice chills and dilutes it to the perfect drinking strength right away.
This blend is naturally caffeine free and can be enjoyed any time of day. Try it with a drizzle of honey or a splash of your preferred milk for an entirely different experience.
